Uphill Athlete

Since 2022, I’ve been working as a full-time coach with Uphill Athlete, a leading US-based mountain sports coaching company. I combine this experience with my own academic studies and extensive personal background in high-altitude environments to help climbers reach their goals.

    Altitude is my specialty. Using hypoxic conditioning protocols, altitude simulation, and breathing techniques, I’ll help you build tolerance, improve acclimatization, and prepare for fast ascents or high-stakes expeditions. Programs are based on proven methodologies and tailored to your body’s unique response to hypoxia.
