I am a Czech native based in Chamonix, French Alps, where I have lived for the past 15 years. As an Endurance Coach, I specialize in evidence-based training plans for runners, ultra-trail runners, and mountaineers, with a strong focus on high-altitude performance.

Professional & Academic Background

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Research at Mid-Sweden University in Östersund, specializing in altitude physiology.

• Work with the U.S.-based company Uphill Athlete, primarily coaching high-altitude climbers.

• Hold a Sport Science degree from Manchester University.

Coaching Expertise

My clients have successfully:

• Completed road marathons and 100-mile mountain races.

• Climbed Everest, Aconcagua, and other Seven Summits.

• Used hypoxic conditioning plans I provide for acclimatization to high and extreme altitudes.

As an athlete, I compete in Vertical KM races and pursue Fastest Known Time (FKT) records on the highest peaks of the Alps, Andes, and Himalayas.
